Members of the parish staff, and volunteers from the parish, are involved in visiting and providing Eucharist for the sick and homebound. A Mass or Communion service is celebrated weekly at both the Brighton Gardens and Brookdale Assisted Living Facilities.  At the Cheshire Home, a group residence for handicapped adults, a Mass or Communion service is celebrated monthly.
