What, then, does this mean, brothers? When you gather, everyone has a psalm, teaching, revelation, foreign language, or interpretation. Everything must be done for up building.

I am grateful to all of you for being active builders of our community. As members and leaders of our parish organizations, you give of your time and talent in both small and large ways, and do so with dedication and love. It is through your service and participation that the parish remains strong and vibrant, and continues to be a center of spiritual and social growth.

Many thanks to all of you who took the time to fill out this questionnaire last March. It is very important for me that I make the right decisions for our parish and I use your feedback from the questionnaire to guide me in that process. All suggestions are important to me no matter how small they are.

Once again, I am asking you to take this opportunity to share your views and to offer suggestions as to how we might expand or improve our existing ministries and groups. I urge you to be frank and candid in your responses to the following questions so I can get a clear picture of the needs of the community and look ahead to what we might do in the future.

A word about your confidentiality: I will personally review all of the questionnaires and give only the compiled results to the ministry/group leaders and the parish in general. I am asking for your contact information so I can reach you if I have further questions about your responses.
